3. Age Restriction (18+ Only)

SIDEGIGS is strictly intended for users 18 years of age or older.

We collect date of birth during signup for age verification. If an account is found to belong to a user under 18, it will be suspended and deleted.

  • Improve job discovery accuracy

Location data:

  • Is collected only with user consent

  • Can be disabled anytime via device settings

  • Up to 24 months after account deletion, only where legally required

After this period, data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

8. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time from:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Once deleted:

Notification permissions are optional and can be managed through device settings.
