Any agreements, work arrangements, or payments occur directly between employers and workers.

4. Age Restriction (18+ Only)

Sidegigs is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account and using the platform, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a user under the age of 18 is using the platform, we may suspend or remove the account.
